Tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day in comic shops around the country, and I’ll be doing signings in two shops here in Manhattan. (Yay!)

From 11 to 12, I’ll be at Manhattan Comics on 23rd Street (across the street from the Shake Shack in Madison Square).

Here’s the pages on wiretap preliminary issues. Again, I have no clue why this stuff isn’t usually taught in law school. It being, you know, important and all. Plus being the most extreme example of Fourth Amendment protections — and law professors love taking concepts to the extreme.

Yup, I did tons as a prosecutor, and now I challenge them now plenty on the defense side. (Here’s a link to a lecture I gave on how to defend against wiretap evidence.)
